1. Maintenance of mechanical parts
Structural parts inspection: Regularly check whether the crane's bridge, boom, tower and other metal structures are deformed, cracked and corroded. The seawater environment is prone to metal corrosion. Special attention should be paid to the connection parts and welds. If problems are found, they should be repaired and reinforced in time to ensure the strength and stability of the structure and avoid danger during lifting.
Connector tightening: Bolts, pins and other connectors may loosen due to the vibration of the crane operation. They should be checked and tightened regularly.
Transmission parts maintenance: The gears, chains, wire ropes and other transmission parts of the lifting, luffing and slewing mechanisms should be lubricated and checked for wear. Apply lubricating oil on time to reduce friction loss, check whether the wire rope is broken or the wear exceeds the standard, and replace the problematic parts in time to prevent accidents caused by wire rope breakage during lifting.

2. Electrical system maintenance
Component and line inspection: Electrical components and lines such as controllers, contactors, relays, etc. should be checked regularly. Check whether the components have poor contact, ablation short circuit, whether the line insulation is damaged and leaking, whether the connection is firm, ensure the stable operation of the electrical system, and prevent the crane from losing control or malfunctioning due to electrical failure.
Ground protection detection: Ensure that the crane is well grounded, regularly check the grounding resistance to make it meet safety standards, prevent electric shock accidents in the event of electrical failure, and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

3. Hydraulic system maintenance
Oil management: Regularly check the oil quality, oil level and oil temperature of the hydraulic oil. Contaminated or deteriorated hydraulic oil will affect the system performance, causing problems such as insufficient pressure and slow movement. It needs to be replaced in time, and the oil tank and filter should be cleaned to ensure the oil is clean and at normal working temperature.
Component performance inspection: Check the sealing and working status of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves and other components to check for leakage and stagnation. Leakage will cause pressure to drop, and stagnation will cause abnormal movement. If problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

4. Safety device maintenance
Overload and limit protection inspection: Regularly check the overload protection device to ensure that it can be activated in time when the lifting is overweight; check the lifting, luffing and slewing limiters to ensure that they are sensitive and reliable, limit the range of movement of the mechanism, and prevent excessive movement from causing equipment damage and accidents.
Windproof device maintenance: The windproof device of the floating dock crane is crucial. Regularly check the performance of windproof anchors, rail clamps (if any) and other components to ensure that they can effectively fix the crane in bad weather to avoid accidents such as crane displacement and dumping caused by wind disasters.

5. Daily cleaning and maintenance
Whole machine cleaning: Regularly clean the crane to remove dust, oil, seawater salt, etc., so as to facilitate the timely discovery of potential faults and hidden dangers, and also help to extend the service life of the equipment.
Drainage system cleaning: Clean the crane drainage system to prevent water accumulation from causing moisture to electrical components and corrosion of metal structures, and ensure the normal operation and safety of the equipment.
