Mobile ship loaders are large bulk machinery used for loading bulk materials at bulk terminals. Generally, ship loaders are composed of boom, boom belt conveyor, telescopic chute, tail car, traveling device, mast, tower, pitching device, etc.
Performance characteristics
* The whole machine can run along the dock, has good maneuverability, flexible operation mode, and strong adaptability to ship types.
* The boom only performs pitching and telescopic movements. During operation, the loading position of the chute is changed through the cooperation of telescopic boom and trolley movement, eliminating the need for slewing drive and slewing support, making the whole machine simpler and lighter.
* The machine adopts a herringbone structure, using tubular profiles as the main stress-bearing components, and uses less plate and beam welding structures, which reduces plate shearing, welding and other procedures during the manufacturing process, reduces manufacturing and processing difficulties, and shortens the manufacturing cycle.
* The use of telescopic slide can reduce dust pollution during shipment.
