FQ-70T39M Floating Crane Suitable For Efficient Offshore Operations
The FQ-70T39M floating crane has a rated lifting capacity of 70 tons and a working radius of 15-39 meters. It is equipped with a 46 cubic meter coal grab bucket. The hoisting mechanism uses dual 400 kW 10-pole variable frequency motors with H324 reducers. The luffing mechanism uses a 110 kW 10-pole variable frequency motor with an H318 reducer. The slewing mechanism uses four 75 kW 8-pole vertical motors with T60 planetary reducers, ensuring fast and smooth steering.
The FQ-70T39M floating crane is designed for loading and unloading 200,000-ton bulk carriers. The crane itself weighs approximately 800 tons. The boom uses a truss structure, effectively reducing wind resistance and making it suitable for efficient offshore operations.
