Products Description
The FQ7510 Floating Crane is a compact marine floating crane designed for water-based cargo handling, auxiliary lifting, and flexible port operations. With a 7.5-ton rated lifting capacity and 10-meter working outreach, the FQ7510 is suitable for inland waterway ports, river terminals, barge loading and unloading, ship-to-ship transfer, and small-scale bulk or general cargo operations. Manufactured by Hugang Technology, the FQ7510 Floating Crane is engineered to combine practical lifting performance with reliable mechanical structure and integrated electrical control. It is especially suitable for projects that require a flexible waterborne lifting solution without the complexity of large offshore floating cranes.

Welding Requirements
Electrodes E5016 (for Q355 material) or E4316 (for Q235 material) are to be used for primary structural components; electrodes E4303 or welding wire 101 are to be used for secondary structural components.
Operating Conditions and Service Life of the Floating Crane
1. Working Classifications for the Floating Crane and Mechanisms
● Overall crane working class: A8
● Hoisting mechanism working class: M8
● Luffing mechanism working class: M7
● Slewing mechanism working class: M7
2. Service Life of the Floating Crane
The designed service life of the crane shall be no less than 25 years.
3. Codes and Standards
The design, manufacturing, installation, and acceptance of all systems shall comply with the latest versions of relevant national standards or industry codes. If other standards or codes are adopted, prior approval must be obtained from the Client.
Interface between Floating Crane and Pontoon
(1) The height from the floating crane's slewing bearing mounting flange to the deck is 8 meters. Party B is responsible for the design and fabrication of components such as the support cylinder and the upper/lower flanges. Party B shall transport the lower flange to the pontoon builder's facility; the pontoon builder is responsible for unloading and welding the support cylinder, while Party B provides technical guidance and participates in the acceptance process.
(2) Party B shall formulate a reasonable installation and testing plan for the floating crane based on the project's actual conditions. Party B is responsible for all tasks related to installation, handover acceptance, and certification. Party B is solely responsible for providing all equipment, materials, test weights, and counterweights; all associated costs are to be borne by Party B and are included in the total contract price.
Production Standards
The design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and trial operation of the crane shall comply with the following codes and standards:
1. Reference Standards for Cranes
● Code for Design of Cranes (GB 3811-2008);
● International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards;
● International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards;
● Code for Construction and Acceptance of Crane Electrical Installations (GB50256-2014);
