4. Hoist the main beam. After the test hoisting check is correct, prepare to officially announce the hoisting. The hoisting will be guided by a crane. During the hoisting, the hoisting operator will only follow the signal of the hoist, regardless of the continuous signal issued by everyone to stop. When hoisting the main beam to a height of 500mm above the rail surface, use control ropes on both sides to rotate the main beam to a certain angle. After accurate measurement and positioning, learn to abandon the main beam and loosen the lifting rope.
5. Hoisting crane truck. After the main beam is hoisted, use a crane to tie up the crane truck and place it in the measured position on the main beam so that the four wheels are in contact with the guide rails on the main beam. At this time, it is necessary to tighten the brakes to prevent the crane truck from rolling away.
6. Grab equipment. After the main beam is energized and adjusted, everything is working normally. After each limit switch and limit switch are comfortable and reliable, learn to abandon the galvanized steel wire, string the grab according to the Cantonese, and adjust it.
